It’s important to us that your order arrives in perfect condition. So, if you’ve received your order and it’s not what you expected, we’re here to help.
We ship our products using Fastway or Australia Post and endeavor to dispatch all orders within 3 business days of receiving your order. You will receive tracking information via Fastway or Australia Post to the email or mobile number you entered at the checkout.
Standard domestic shipping: $20
Standard domestic shipping when ordering $200 or more: FREE
Local pickup: FREE
Local pickup is available for anyone who wishes to use this service. Local pickup orders will be packed within 2 business days, and you’ll receive a notification in your inbox when it’s ready. Collection is available from our cellar door, Underground Barossa during opening hours, 161 Murray Street, Tanunda, South Australia.
BFWE accepts all credit cards through our online store.
REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS
If your wine is broken or damaged in transit, we’re happy to provide a refund or replace the damaged bottles. Just email us at email@example.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number, contact details and a photo of your delivery.
BFWE may collect certain information from you such as your name and contact details, for marketing and support/enquiry reasons. We only collect that information with your consent. All sensitive information such as credit card details is encrypted, which means it can’t be read by us or anyone else. We’ll never share your details with another party, your info is safe with us!
